Every student (not project) is required to fill out and submit completed photo release form to us before our posted deadlines. Students who do not have valid photo release form submitted will not be allowed to participate at 2025 High Plains Regional Science and Engineering Fair. Follow the below outlined steps for obtaining, filling out and submitting your photo release form:

1. Download and print out our photo release form.
2. Completely fill out and sign the form.
3. Upload the completed photo release form online by searching for your project.
