We first begin with the 60-minute system demonstration via Zoom during which we will talk about your systems needs and how we can achieve those goals. After the Zoom meeting we will exchange a few emails to fine-tune the requirements, which will be used to create a customized quote for your system. You and your staff look over the quote, we fine-tune any details you are concerned about. If you decide to move forward, then the fun begins.

First stage consists of creating the public side of the registration system. We will exchange a lot of emails during this stage to get things just right. This generally takes 30-45 days. After that, we move on to the second stage, the administrative side of the system. This stage takes an additional 30-45 days to complete on average. Once everything is completed and tested, by you as well, the system can go live.

After your first year, we do a "debrief" right after the event, when everything is fresh on your mind, and write down things that need to be optimized or reworded for next year, if any. If you decide to use the system again for next year we will make those changes and keep going.

Use of the registration system is based on annually recurring billing. Every time you decide to use the system you will get an invoice from us when registrations open up. Use the system for as many years as you want, there are no "lock-in" contracts.
