Step 1: Open up your YouTube app. If you do not have one, you can download it for free from your App Store on iOS devices and Play Store on Android devices. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one to sign in.

Step 2: In the upper right corner, locate and click on the video camera icon. You will be presented with videos available on your device. Choose the appropriate one to upload.

Step 3: While your video is uploading, put in your project ID in your title followed by project title. Title is limited to 100 characters, however judges will know your full project title based on the information in your project account Description is optional, but should not contain any personal information about student(s) including but not limited to home address, phone number, email, ... Click the "upload" button in the upper right corder to upload your video.

Step 4: After you video is uploaded, click on the 3 vertical dots next to the video. From the options select "share".

Step 5: Click on "copy link" option, you will need to enter this link when finalizing your online poster board information in student account page of the registration system.

Step 1: Head over to www.youtube.com

Step 2: In the upper right corner of the site you will either see your profile icon or a sign-in button. If you see your profile icon, go to step 4. If you see sign-in button, go to step 3.

Step 3: Click on the sign-in button to sign into your account. If you have *@gmail.com email address, you can use those credentials to sign-in. If you do not have a Gmail account you will need to create a new account to proceed. Once you have an account created, sign into YouTube.

Step 4: In the upper right corner, locate and click on the video camera icon and "Upload video" from the menu.

Step 5: Click on "select file" button to locate the video on your computer.

Step 6: While your video is uploading, put in your project ID in your title followed by project title. Step 7: Click "next" when available to precede do "Video Elements" options, you do not need to make any changes here. Click "next" again to go to "Visibility" options. Make sure to select "Unlisted" from the options.

Step 8: Click "save" to finalize process and copy the video link that shows up on the screen. You will need to enter this link when finalizing your online poster board information in student account page of the registration system.
